The head of GOKHRAN Of Russia (a state-run body of state precious metals forming) Vladimir Rybkin announced that the organization has no more secrets and is quite transparent for the participants of precious metals and gemstones market. In this connection Russia?s entry to WTO is regarded as a real event.
On November 4th, 2004 GOKHRAN will hold a meeting on the problems of the market.
