Russian gas monopoly Gazprom with the Ukrainian oil and gas company Naftogaz reached the agreement on Wednesday on investments interaction in the International Consortium for the management and development of gas transportation system of Ukraine.
The companies? heads, Alexei Miller and Yuri Boiko, signed the document in the presence of two presidents, Vladimir Putin of Russian Federation, and Leonid Kuchma of Ukraine.
