Nigeria's white-collar oil workers' union said on Wednesday it had decided to join the proposed nationwide strike against rising fuel prices that threatens the west African country's oil export.
A statement signed by President of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association (PENGASSAN), Brown Ogbeifun, said the decision to join the strike was taken at an emergency meeting of the association.
