Two OPEC Members To Enhance Relations

Venezuela and Algeria both long for enhancing their commercial relations in the energy sector, according to diplomatic sources of the countries.

The Venezuelan ambassador to Algiers Jose Luis Perez said Monday both nations signed an agreement for mutual support, in order for each country to make use of the other's experience in the hydrocarbons sector.

Perez said that efforts are being undertaken for the Venezuelans to make use of the Algerian experience in the gas sector and also for the Algerians to avail Venezuela's know how in the petroleum sector
