Venezuela: We Don't Care
Venezuelan Energy and Mining Minister Rafael Ramirez said Tuesday
Venezuelan Energy and Mining Minister Rafael Ramirez said Tuesday, that OPEC could decide to cut production at its Jan. 30 meeting in Vienna.
Ramirez, who is the president of the state-run PDVSA petroleum firm at the same time, said OPEC might reduce over-production rather than cut its quotas. He said that at this moment Venezuela has a price that is comfortable, both to consumers and to the country.
