UAE Increases Its Oil Production

The United Arab Emirates plan to increase oil production capacity to counter any crisis in the international oil market.

UAE Minister of Energy Mohammed bin Dha'en Al Hamili said that the increase is aimed at enhancing the country's reserves so the country could be available when crisis takes place in the world oil market.

UAE should always have an oil stock that would meet the demand in case of supply scarcity in the world oil market, Al Hamili said.
