British Bring Action Against Russian Oligarch

Russian oligarch, former head of huge aluminium producing company Rusal Oleg Deripaska will have to defend a suit for $300 million by Trans-World Metals company, according to the British daily The Independent.

British company Trans-World Metals, owned by David and Simon Reuben and their former Russian business partner, Lev Chernoi went to law against Deripaska for allegedly breaking a joint-venture agreement and illegally diverting assets.
