Russian Govt Increased Export Oil Price 21 Percent

The projections of the state budget 2006 of Russian Federation will be based on an supposed export price of Urals benchmark crude oil of $34 a barrel, the Reuters news agency quoted the Russian government as saying on Wednesday.

Earlier it was forecast that the price of Urals oil would be around $28 a barrel in the budget for 2005.

Russia?s Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov and other participants of the budget development said that planning such a price of $34 would be reasonable.
