Russia is preparing a suggestion on how to stabilize global oil prices, the head of the Russian Oil and Gas Producers? Union Yuri Shafranik said Thursday.

?Russia should come up with specific suggestions on the issue of oil price stabilization,? he said.

Yuri Shafranik marked that suggestions should be prepared by the G-8 summit in Scotland.
