Venezuela: OPEC Decision Must Be Unanimous

Venezuelan Energy Minister Rafael Ramirez on Monday that any OPEC?s decision to raise an oil output has to be made unanimously.

He said that Venezuela has not been consulted yet by OPEC about a possible increase in oil production.

OPEC's president, Kuwaiti Energy Minister Ahmad Fahd al-Sabah, said Monday that the organization is studying a possible production increase.
