Nikita Ivanov, the court?s legal information officer told Interfax on Thursday that the Strasburg Court will also consider Platon Lebedev?s personal complaint.
?That means that the Yukos complaint has passed the communication proceedings and after the Russian government and the plaintiff respond to the court?s questions, the court will decide whether the complaint is acceptable for consideration,? he said.
