Khodorkovsky's Destiny To Be Known This Week

Moscow?s Meshchansky Court?s verdict to Mikhail Khodorkovsky, a former Yukos boss will be given this week.

Khodorkovsky and business associate Platon Lebedev face seven charges including fraud, theft and tax evasion. Though the judges have said the guilt of the accused is clear, formal verdicts on the charges have yet to be handed down.
