The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries may raise its output ceiling to cool global oil prices, the cartel?s president said on Tuesday.
Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Sabah, who is also Kuwaiti energy minister, stated that raising the quota ceiling is one of the issues to be discussed in the upcoming OPEC meeting.
