Former Yukos' security officer Alexey Pichugin has been accused of a murder again
Former Yukos? security officer Alexey Pichugin has been accused of a murder again; his lawyer Georgy Kaganer told the news agency RIA Novosti.
Preliminary hearing will be finished on Tuesday, after that the court will examine a case. Kaganer denied revealing the details of the case, but said that ?the presented accusation rouses many doubts.?
Russia?s Gneneral Prosecutor Office? public relations department also denied any comments.
Earlier, Alexey Pichugin was accused of murder of a married couple in Tambov and attempt on the life of former adviser of Mikhail Khodorkovsky, and was found guilty.
