The speaker of the Russian State Duma Boris Gryzlov believes that foreign states which want to support Russian democracy, should pay more attention to investing in the Russian economy and establishing joint enterprises with Russian companies.
Gryzlov?s comments came in response to information which appeared in the Russian media that the U.S. Senate has designated large sums for the ?support of democracy and political parties in Russia?.
