India, Pakistan Discussing New Pipeline

A Pakistani delegation visited New Delhi on Monday to discuss the construction of the proposed Iran-Pakistan-India gas pipeline.

The delegation, which will be headed by petroleum secretary Ahmad Waqar, includes foreign office spokesman Jalil Abbas Jilani and director Sui gas Abdul Rashid Loon.

During the talks on the gas pipeline project Tuesday, other issues pertaining to bilateral cooperation in the oil and gas sectors will also be covered.
