A former Yukos boss Mikhail Khodorkovsky's hearing of the case has been again postponed because he needs a new lawyer.
A Moscow court ruled that the hearing of the appeal could be delayed until Thursday to allow Khodorkovsky?s chosen lawyer to represent him, because Genrikh Padva, Khodorkovsky's chief attorney, is currently in hospital.
The appeal has been adjourned already form 14th September to 19th , and prosecutors have accused the tycoon of deliberately prolonging proceedings.
Supporters of Khodorkovsky say the Kremlin is trying to rush his appeal through to stop him from contesting a parliamentary election in December.
