Russia?s President Vladmir Putin said on Wednesday, that Russia will consider a Dutch offer to help build a pipeline from its booming gas fields to Northern Europe.
During his visit to the Netherlands last week he said that Russia was ?very interested in expanding the number of participants who will take part in laying the new gas pipeline in Europe.?
