OPEC Tries To Cool Prices

OPEC agreed to keep oil output near maximum levels to cool prices Tuesday, but delegates said Iran, locked in a dispute over its atomic program, made an 11th-hour bid to secure a cut.

OPEC, provider of more than a third of the world's oil, will keep its production limit near a 25-year high of 28 million barrels per day.
