"Re-settlement to a one-man cell can't be viewed as a penalty in any way," the source indicated.
During the weekend, Khodorkovsky got injured by a young convict after a quarrel, officials at the Federal Service for Penitentiaries told Itar-Tass.
Russian imprisoned tycoon Mikhail Khodorkovsky was attacked yesterday with knife by his cellmate.
The cellmate, injuring Khodorkovsky's face, accused the latter in the sexual harassing.
"No final decision on the case has been taken yet," the source said.
