Poland?s PKN Orlen won the tender to buy former Yukos' refinery Mazeikiu Nafta, and now is considered to become Russia's main energy competitor.

Russia?s Druzhba oil link, which supplies an eighth of Europe?s crude imports, sprung a leak near the Belarus border on July 29.
