A half of the total of Gazpom's borrowings projected for 2007, some RUR90bn($3.44bn), would be in bonded loans, deputy head of Gazprom's department for financial market operations Andrei Orlov said.
Gazprom proposes to issue RUR5bn ($190.91m) worth of bonds for a term of 7 years in 2007.
