Presidents of Kazakhstan and Ukraine vowed to push forward Western-backed plans for a new oil supply route from the Caspian region to Europe.
Under an agreement signed here by the two, Kazakhstan and Ukraine will finalize plans for joint work on improving infrastructure at the Ukrainian port of Odessa, with a view to starting construction in the second half of the year.
