Russia Delivered Less Crude to China, But Promises to be Better Before the  Year-End

Russia shipped over 7.5 million tonnes of crude oil to China in ten months of 2007, thsat is down 11.4% compared with the same period in 2006.

The majority of the crude oil was delivered through the Zabaikalsk border checkpoint. Over 7.4 million tonnes of crude crossed the border in Zabaikalsk in January - October.

Some 50,000 tonnes of crude were delivered through the Naushki
border checkpoint.

Russia plans to ship some 10.5 million tonnes of crude in 2007, a 3% increase compared with the same period in 2006.
