Six months before the expiration of the term President Hugo Chavez was given to rule under the Enabling Law, the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum is waiting for the Executive Branch's instructions "to redefine the strategies," Venezuelan Oil Minister Rafael Ramirez said.
The organic laws on hydrocarbons and gas hydrocarbons are expected to be reformed under the Enabling Law, but the orientation of such changes is unknown.
