Kazakhstan, Russia to Construct Capsian Gas Pipeline
Russian President Vladimir Putin, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev, and head of State Agency for Hydrocarbon resources Baimurat Muradov
Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev and State Agency for Hydrocarbon resources head Baimurat Muradov have signed an agreement on the construction of a Caspian gas pipeline with Russia's President Vladimir Putin.
The implementation of the project is expected to start in the second half of 2008, Russian Deputy PM Sergei Naryshkin said, RBC reported.
