Russia approved a program of using the associated gas, Russian Natural Resources Minister Yuri Trutnev said.
The Natural Resources Ministry and the Industry and Energy Ministry had some minor disagreements in regard to this program, he said.
They decided to retain the 95% level of associated gas use, Trutnev said.
They also accepted a proposal from the Natural Resources Ministry making it possible to shut a field in case it is not equipped with an associated gas extraction meter, he said.
