Gazprom gas monopoly on Monday gave Ukraine a reprieve of a few hours in a gas supply debt dispute, the Russian gas giant said.
However, it said it would stop sending gas to the country of 47 million if an agreement isn´t reached soon.
The talks had been adjourned to Tuesday, Gazprom spokesman Sergei Kupriyanov said.
