Iraqi oil minister predicts OPEC will cut production in March
"In March, OPEC will convene and there will be an intention for more production cuts to shore up prices and encourage production from non-OPEC members," Hussein al-Shahristani said, according to his close adviser Falah al-Amiri.
Shahristani said that current prices were too low.
"We do believe that the price should be no less than 70 dollars for a barrel," his adviser quoted him as telling the Baghdad meeting.
