Russia & Bolivia Agree On Joint O&G Projects
Russia and Bolivia, under a new memorandum on cooperation in hydrocarbon production, intend to carry out a number of projects in the area until 2030, Russia's President Dmitry Medvedev told a news conference Monday after his meeting with Bolivian leader Evo Morales
Russia, for its part, will provide assistance to Bolivia in developing hydrocarbon resources and building a gas transport system as part of a strategic project until 2030, RBC reports.
The Russian president also added that Libya had entered into an agreement with Gazprom, also seeking cooperation in hydrocarbon production which calls for specific projects.
