Ukrainian PM Says Gas Bills Will Be Payed on Time
Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Timoshenko told a government meeting today that Gazprom gas bills for February were payed on time and this is what the country is focused on in future
Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Timoshenko also called allegations that Naftogaz of Ukraine was in no position to make timely payments to Gazprom "banal political provocations," as Naftogaz was able to work efficiently and pay in a timely manner, which was confirmed by the balance sheet valuation.
Timoshenko asserted that the stability of the Ukrainian gas market and Russian gas transit to Europe was in no way threatened.
