The Okhta Centre Project provides the development of a social and business centre in Krasnogvardeisky District in St. Petersburg. This project is expected to deliver the city’ s modern architectural symbol.
In addition to office buildings, the Okhta Centre will comprise hotels, retail, library, sports complex with a swimming pool, recreation park and skating rink. The development will also include the double-stage theatre, Museum of Modern Art and historical museum of St. Petersburg’ s first settlements.
Construction of Okhta Centre will become a milestone in development of St. Petersburg from the architectural point of view and in terms of the city’ s economic and social life.

Thus, it contains information about the «Okhta center» project, video and presentations on the project, as well as visual landscape analysis which shows the possible impact of the distrct’ s high-rise building on historic center of Saint-Petersburg. It also demonstrates the views of the city from observation site of 300-meter height.
