The Okhta Centre Project provides the development of a social and business centre in Krasnogvardeisky District in St. Petersburg. This project is expected to deliver the city’ s modern architectural symbol.
In addition to office buildings, the Okhta Centre will comprise hotels, retail, library, sports complex with a swimming pool, recreation park and skating rink. The development will also include the double-stage theatre, Museum of Modern Art and historical museum of St. Petersburg’ s first settlements.
Construction of Okhta Centre will become a milestone in development of St. Petersburg from the architectural point of view and in terms of the city’ s economic and social life.

The English version is identical to the Russian web-site. Thus, it contains information about the «Okhta center» project, video and presentations on the project, as well as visual landscape analysis which shows the possible impact of the distrct’ s high-rise building on historic center of Saint-Petersburg. It also demonstrates the views of the city from observation site of 300-meter height.
