Russia's Federal Tariff Service has increased the tariff for oil transportation via Transneft's pipeline network by 3.3 percent on average from August 1 and by 9.9 percent on average from December 1, the service said on Thursday.

The service last increased the tariff for use of the pipeline monopoly's network on January 1, 2010. Then the tarrif was increased by 15.9 percent.
