Critical Report From IEA

In a recent report released by the International Energy Agency, high oil prices were at the center of discussion.

Officials said oil stocks are terribly low and stocks would not be rebuilt if output was cut. They added that OPEC was wrong to use IEA data about Q2 to justify such cuts as the market is not well supplied.

Some speculate the OPEC decision will be reversed.
