Russia's Rusneft has proposed building a deep-water port on the coast of the Baltic Sea in the area of Yantarny settlement of the Kaliningrad Region.
The planned capacity of the terminal will be 7 million tons a year, the approximate cost is $100 million, and construction will be completed at the end of 2006.
LUKoil is already operating a terminal in the Kaliningrad Region in Izhevskoe settlement. Through this terminal, LUKoil exports oil from the Kravtsovskoe field.
