Bolivia To Expand Gas Export to Argentina

Bolivia plans to expand natural gas export to Argentina, the President Carlos Mesa stated.
He said last Sunday's referendum has given go-ahead to the extension of the natural gas export contract with Argentina.
The president said efforts, such as building a natural gas liquefaction plant, would be made to increase the added value of natural gas exports. Bolivia also plans to build two thermoelectric plants at the border with Brazil under a contract between the two countries.
