Iran, France and Malaysia signed an agreement on Tuesday
Iran, France and Malaysia signed an agreement on Tuesday on a liquefied natural gas project with previously calculated capability of 10 million cubic meters per year, according to Iranian news agency?s report.
The agency said the agreement includes National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), France?s TotalFinaElf and Malaysian Petronas as partners.
The companies will cooperate in the production, export and development in a part of the South Pars gas field in the southern Iranian province of Bushehr. The NIOC, TotalFinaElf and Petronas will undertake 50, 30 and 20 percent share respectively in the investment of the project.
