Gazprom, Indian Oil Firm To Develop Projects Jointly

Russia?s gas monopoly Gazprom and the Indian state company Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) are going to study the prospects of joint participation in oil and gas projects in India, Russia and in the other countries.

Both companies are also going to investigate the opportunity of transportation and realization of products on Indian market , including LNG deliveries.

The parties have signed the memorandum of mutual understanding on February 21 during the working meeting of Gazprom chairman Aleksey Miller, the Indian oil and gas minister Mani Shankara Ayara, and the managing director of ONGC Subir Rakh.
