Total, Chevron Considers Investing In Saudi Refinery

France's oil major Total SA and the US oil and gas giant ChevronTexaco are likely to invest in a Saudi Aramco's $5bn refinery construction, planned for Jubail.

The refinery, which will have a capacity of 400,000 bpd of petroleum products, is expected to begin operations by the end of 2007.
