Russia's oil giant LUKOIL has declared willingness to set up lubricant production facilities at Naftan plant of Belarus
Russia’s oil giant LUKOIL has declared willingness to set up lubricant production facilities at Naftan plant of Belarus. LUKOIL President Vagit Alekperov made the appropriate announcement in Minsk on Friday after meeting with Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko.
Over 4.5 million tons of oil will be supplied to republic’s refineries this year. Belarus president supported the project and Alekperov also promised that LUKOIL would fund creation of additional fuel stations.
