The agreement was signed from Pakistanis side by Minister for Petroleum Khawaja Muhammad Asif with Minister for Oil and Gas Industry Dr. Baymurad Hojamuhamedov, Afghanistan Minister for Mines Muhammad Ibrahim Adel, and Indian Petroleum Minister Shri Murli Deora.
