Belgian shipping group Exmar NV. said it had won long-term contracts for three LNG regasification vessels under construction
Belgian shipping group Exmar NV. said it had won long-term contracts for three LNG (liquefied natural gas) regasification vessels under construction.
Exmar said the three ships being built at the Okpo shipyard of Daewoo Shipbuilding & Engineering Co Ltd had secured long-term placement with U.S. LNG importer and marketer Excelerate Energy LP.
The Belgian group said the deal had reduced its stake in the ships to 50 percent from 67 percent.
