Nursultan Nazarbayev, Kasakh President, expressed interest in Russia at Russian-Kazakh border region forum Monday
Kazakhstan will increase oil production by 12 million metric tons in 2009, Nursultan Nazarbayev expects.
He considers it beneficial for everyone that Kazakh oil pass through Russia.
Nazarbayev suggested border regions create joint scientific and research centers to implement large hi-tech projects in the fields of nuclear, biological and agricultural technology.
