Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, paid a working visit to the TANECO Complex on December 22, 2017.
At the TANECO industrial site, the President got acquainted with the progress of construction and commissioning works at a number of production facilities of the NPiNKhZ Complex, including CDU / VDU-6, installations of hydrotreatment for naphtha, hydrotreatment of diesel fuel, hydrotreatment of kerosene.
Leonid Alekhin, General Director of TANECO, reported about the activities of the of the enterprise in 2017. In particular, he mentioned that the expected volume of processing the petroleum raw materials at TANECO facilities would be 7.847 million tonnes with a processing depth of 99.24% and the yield of light oil products of 87.35%.
In aggregate, the volume of utilization and processing of the petroleum raw materials would amount to more than 50.5 million tonnes since the beginning of the comprehensive testing of the refinery and to the end of the current year. The successful implementation of the planned overhaul, which allowed the company to enter the 5-year inter-repair run was emphasized to be a landmarking event.
At the end of the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that TANECO was a unique project in terms of production indicators, experience and competence accumulated, stressing the great contribution of TATNEFT to the replenishment of budgets of all levels and presented republican awards to the best employees of TANECO, URPS and contractors involved in the construction of the NPiNKhZ complex.
