Rustem Gimaletdinov, Vice President of Oil Refining, Petrochemicals, and Gas Refining is leading the delegation from Lukoil. Lukoil is actively developing their petrochemical unit and in 2021 the company stated that they plan to invest around $3 billion in the development of their petrochemical assets over the next six years.
Last year SIBUR and TAIF signed a joint venture agreement, as a result, using “PJSC SIBUR Holding” as its base, the largest petrochemical company in Russia and one of the largest in the world is being created. Both companies will take active part in the event.
At the conference PJSC “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” will be represented by Airat Safin, the General Director of the company. The significant delegation from SIBUR includes both heads of departments and heads of individual plants, such as; Amur GCC, Sibur-Kostovo, Sibur-Zapsibneftekhim and more.
Other conference attendees include: Gazprom Neft, Irkutsk Oil Company, Baltic Chemical Complex, Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat, Tatneft, “Titan” company group and Belarus’ “Polimir”
This year, in addition to the Russian producers that will be actively participating, there are also many attendees from the Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan oil & gas industries, including; the management of the relevant departments from Uzbekneftegaz, the United Chemical Company and KLPE. KLPE is implementing a large-scale project for the construction of an integrated gas chemical complex in the Atyrau region of Kazakhstan.
