The Fourth Sino-Russo-Kazakh Oil and Gas Forum

The Organising Committee of the Fourth Sino-Russo-Kazakh Oil and Gas Forum is pleased to announce that this year event will take place in Beijing, 5-7 December, China World –Shagri-La Hotel. Forum will be organized by Confidence Energy Ltd.

This highly successful international event is focused on developing efficient energy trade links between Russia, Kazakhstan and China and was specifically created to bring together the representatives of the government ministries and agencies, major integrated oil and gas companies, independent production companies, refineries, transportation, trading and investment companies.

The Forum will be focused on the fast expanding energy markets such as Russia, Kazakhstan and China and will cover the current situation and future prospects, investment opportunities, efficient energy transportation and trade links.
The Forum consists of 5 thematic sessions:

• Current State and Prospects of Oil and Gas Markets of Russia, Kazakhstan and China
• Cooperation in Exploration, Production and Refinery Processing
• Transportation Routes
• Investment Climate
• Trading
The Forum enjoys healthy working relationships with the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation, Russian Federal Energy Agency, the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Secretariat of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, China Institute of International Studies, the Ministry of Commerce of the P.R.C., Energy Research Institute of the NDRC and a number of other high-level national and international organisations and representatives of major international oil corporations (Gazprom, Rosneft, Lukoil, Russian Railways, KazMunaiGas, CNPC, CNOOC, PetroChina, Sinopec, ect.).
As organisers of the Sino-Russo-Kazakh Oil and Gas Forum we are working to further develop the Forum as an efficient networking platform and an topical information delivery tool.
