Minsk, October 18 – Neftegaz.RU. The Belarusian state petrochemical concern Belneftekhim intends to sign the next year's oil delivery balance sheet with Russia by the end of 2019, BelTA learned from Belneftekhim Deputy Chairman Vladimir Sizov during the 2nd international science, technology and investment forum on chemical engineering and oil and gas processing Petro 2019.
Asked whether the Belarusian side suggests stipulating that Belarusian oil refineries will be able to process more than 18 million tonnes of Russian oil next year, Vladimir Sizov said: “Everything will depend on the next year's delivery terms.”
BelTA reported earlier that Belarus intends to sign an intergovernmental agreement on oil deliveries with Kazakhstan in October 2019. It will stipulate delivery terms but not delivery volumes. Oil may be delivered from Kazakhstan via the common system of main oil pipelines or by rail.
