In the process of the round table employees of LUKOIL-Engineering shared their best practices on the areas of interest for TATNEFT. The meeting participants discussed issues relating to the scope of work planning and budgeting processes; direct incentive approaches; human resource management of the research and development complex, as well as the organization of scientific and research activities.
Particular attention was paid to the concept of a common information space (CIS) of "LUKOIL" Group organizations. The delegation of TATNEFT got familiarized with the management structure and the main tasks of the CIS, the role of LUKOIL-Engineering in the management systems of the "Exploration and Production" business segment and other issues of the IT-related area.
Today, TATNEFT is implementing project initiatives related to the development of scientific and educational unit of the company, as well as the integration of the research and education clusters. The experience of LUKOIL-Engineering is interesting within the context of organizational changes performed at "TatNIPIneft".
