Total and Rosneft in Negotiation

French company Total is negotiating with Russian company Rosneft on the acquisition of a stake in the Russian company's development of the Kurmangazy oil and gas field in the Caspian Sea. The project is being developed on a parity basis by Rosneft and Kazakh KazMunayGaz.
