Yukos Files its Own Lawsuit
Company seeks to protect its reputation in on-going battle...
The Yukos company filed a suit on the 21st of January against Russia's Tax Ministry and Deputy Tax Minister Igor Golikov to defend its business reputation.
The suit seeks to oblige the ministry and the official to deny accusations of tax evasions against Yukos.
